While we are able to provide assistance with virtually any type of situation involving an investment in real estate, there are four main types of assignments in which we frequently have a hand:
We can work with you on projects which you have found, or we can find them for you. Because of the number of contacts we have in this space, we are notified of candidate projects on a near-weekly basis.
If we know your preferences, we can pass along the information when a qualifying transaction becomes available; or we can take a more active stance by going out into the market to look for deals based on your specific parameters. Your choice.

- Fix-up projects which are to be sold back into the retail market (i.e. fix-and-flip)
- Fix up projects which are to become part of a rental portfolio (i.e. fix-and-rent)
- Paper backed by real estate (e.g. hard money loans, private mortgages, pool notes, etc)
